In Memoriam: 26 May 2017

The following is a weekly listing of Nazarene ministers and leaders who recently went home to be with the Lord. Notices were received 22-26 May 2017.

Gerald Alexander, 80, of Bryant, Arizona, passed away 18 May. He was a retired minister, serving in Arkansas, Virginia, and Florida. He is survived by his wife, Florence Alexander.

Ronald Crosley, 82, of Hutchinson, Kansas, passed away 18 May. He was a retired minister, serving in Kansas, Colorado, Texas, and Missouri. He is survived by his wife, Barbara Crosley.

Ruth Fletcher, 90, of Lawton, Oklahoma, passed away 20 May. She was the wife of retired minister Ray Fletcher, who served in Oklahoma.

Wiliam Haley, 94, of Sequim, Washington, passed away 15 May. He was a retired minister, serving in Washington and Germany. He was preceded in death by his wife, Audrey Haley, in 2013.

Paul Hicks, 85, of Saint Paul, Minnesota, passed away 17 May. He was a retired minister, serving in Minnesota, Saskatchewan, Alberta, Manitoba, and Ontario. He is survived by his wife, Pauline Hicks.

Joseph Madill, 80, of Winnipeg, Manitoba, passed away 23 May. He was a retired minister, serving in Saskatchewan and Alberta. He is survived by his wife, Jo Anne Madill.

Jerry McGuire, 67, of Gatesville, Texas, passed away 22 May. He was a retired minister, serving in Texas and Oklahoma. He is survived by his wife, Clare McGuire.

Virgil Sprunger, 95, of Springfield, Illinois, passed away 20 May. He was a retired minister, serving in Illinois and Ohio. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Sprunger, in 2005.
