Church Giving Summary

The Church Giving Summary will allow any local Nazarene church in the United States the ability to view a summary report of their giving from records kept by the Global Treasury Services. This report will include totals for World Evangelism, Pensions and Benefits and Approved Mission Specials (10% Specials).

In order to view this report your identity will need to be validated. You will be asked to enter your unique User Number and Validation Code.

After your identity has been successfully validated you will be given the option to choose an assembly year for the summary report. If you sign in to this report with a district number you will also be able to change the church number to view a report for any local church on the district.

The summary report will be displayed a few moments after submitting your request for the report. Please be patient while your report is being generated.

A new feature has been added to this report that will allow you to examine the details of the summary report. For example, if you want to view the fund totals that constitute the 10% Specials total simply click on the name 10% Specials. Additionally, if you want to view the specific transactions that constitute the fund total simply click on the fund name.

Individuals that give directly to the Global Treasury Services often designate a specific church to receive credit for their gift. A transaction that has a red asterisk next to it is this type of transaction.

User Number

The user number is your seven-digit district and church number. For example, if your district and church number is 003-0010 then your user number will be 0030010. All leading zeros are necessary.

Validation Code

The validation code for the Church Giving Summary is a unique number assigned to each local Nazarene church and district in the United States. These numbers have been distributed to each district office in the United States. Should you lose or wish to change the validation code for your local church only your district office can obtain a new validation code from the Global Treasury Services.
