Download Instructions:
1. Click on either the Window Media icon or the Quick Time icon.
2. In the File Download window, click on "Save" or "Save to Disk."
3. In the Save As window, select the preferred location for downloading the file.
4. To play the file, open the saved file.
5. WinZip will open and offer to unzip the file, click "Extract."
6. Open the extracted file and the video should automatically play.
