The NCPA was organized to develop awareness of excellence in ministry to children and families and to assist the church in achieving excellence by educating, challenging, supporting, equipping and resourcing, communicating, and networking. Working together, we build a network of Children's Pastors and children's workers who are committed to excellence in ministry to children.
The NCPA gives you an opportunity to work together with others in an organization that is making a difference in children's Ministry at every level of the church.
Working together means sharing with other Children's Pastors and workers to improve our skills through a variety of resources, idea sharing, and fellowship with others who are facing the same challenges.
