The D-Code Challenge – Unlocked, Unlimited, Understood

• Kids can make an eternal difference in the lives of children by helping to provide quizzing and Bible study resources in their own languages through the Kids Reaching Kids 2009 Mission Offering Project, The D-Code Challenge.

• Jesus Christ speaks to the hearts of all Christians through His Word. There are places in our world where printed materials, especially those carrying a biblical message, are extremely limited. When kids give money to the D-Code Challenge, they can change the lives of children who want to have the same opportunity to hear Jesus speak to them through God’s Word.

• This D-Code Challenge Mission Offering Project will provide funds for Children’s Bible Quizzing resources to be translated and printed into French, Spanish, Korean and Portuguese. 

• This year’s Mission Offering Project will make a difference in the lives of children around the world.  They can learn about the love of God through His Son, Jesus Christ. The Tumble-Read Offering Project tops 300K!

The Kids Reaching Kids Mission Offering Project once again experienced an amazing outpouring of love as the second consecutive year the Mission Offering Project total topped $300K. Over 1100 churches helped to combine for a total offering of $316,983.72 for The Tumble-Read Project.

The Tumble-Read Offering Project will be used to translate Bibles and other discipleship materials into the languages of kids who live in difficult-to-reach areas. This offering is sure to make a lasting impact as the name of Jesus and the Good News of God’s awesome love is spread across our world.

In addition to this project, other VBS Mission Offering funds totally 46,500 were recently distributed to meet various needs throughout the world.  World Mission Broadcast South America and Sunday School and Discipleship Ministries South America were awarded $30,000 towards their plans to develop a discipleship tool called TOBI-TV for the SAM region.  The Caribbean region received $10,000 toward transportation and literature costs on the region.  Finally, two Nazarene Compassionate Ministries’ projects, the Flowers of Life Kindergarten in Albania received $2,500, the Nepal: Malnourished Children Food & Education Fund received $4,000.
