•    Emphasize connecting with families.
•    Invite unchurched families to Sunday School and worship this Sunday.
Promote the importance of families sharing in devotions.
•    Encourage families to invite neighbor families this week and share lunch with them.
•    Begin dinner groups of 3-4 families meeting together in their homes (or restaurants) once a month. Don’t forget to include single & senior families. This will allow an opportunity to share the story with others.
•    Find ways for the Sunday School to support single parents in your church and community. Examples may include gift cards to stores, a free night of babysitting, or an invitation to dinner.
•    During the worship service, have a special prayer time for families. Include prayer for families who are separated by distance, those facing marital trouble or rebellious children, and those grieving the loss of loved ones.
•    Include families in the worship service.
