As the Church of the Nazarene
enters its second century of proclaiming the message of holiness, we
have occupied the new Global Ministry Center (GMC). The three aging buildings of our long-time Headquarters (now Global Ministry Center) in Kansas City have been replaced by one 109,000 square-foot, two-story building in Lenexa, Kansas.
Built for long-term and flexible use, the GMC’s advanced technological and communication services, together with its design for synergy among our ministry personnel, will best enable us to support ministries around the world.
In June 2008, district superintendents received a letter from their jurisdictional general superintendents inviting them and their districts to participate in
the support of the erection of this facility that will take us into our second century.
Everyone can still contribute individually, in a local church offering, or in a district-wide love offering at special events.
The
Centennial year is a fitting time to join efforts as we celebrate our great heritage and continued commitment to uphold our message and to fulfill our mission: To make Christlike disciples in the nations. The GMC will be a tool to facilitate the communication of our message and mission around the world.
Visit

new Global Ministry Center and about how you can be involved. You can download a PowerPoint presentation about the GMC there and view a video that you can share with your church or small group.
Everyone can be involved in this voluntary offering. Come share the excitement as we build for the future.
