Brian and Jill Tibbs
Brian and Jill Tibbs have been missionaries since 2005. The first year was spent in Guatemala City, Guatemala as NIVS missionaries. Their daughter Jana was born Nov. 11th, 2005 in Guatemala. In June 2006 they moved to Pilar, Argentina to work at the South American Regional Office for 2 years. Their son, Andrew was born November 16th, 2008 in Boise, Idaho before they moved to Arequipa, Peru in January 2009. Brian is the director of Extreme Nazarene Ministries which is headquartered in Arequipa. Extreme is a ministry of South America and its purpose is to deploy people into full- time ministry.
Brian graduated from NNU with a bachelors degree in business. He spent 10 years working in business before moving to the mission field. Jill serves as Extreme Medical Advisor for the administrative staff in Arequipa, Peru. Jill also cares for the home and family and loves serving in Peru and helping in whatever area is needed during the Extreme projects. Jill earned a bachelors degree in nursing from Boise State University and is a registered pediatric nurse.

Going Where the Church is Not Yet
Today there are over 4.3 billion people who live in areas where there is little to no gospel witness. 4.3 billion people who have not heard the message of the gospel, who have never heard the name of Jesus. We believe that everyone deserves to hear. God continues to call the Church of the Nazarene to spread the message of the gospel, to preach holiness, and to bring good news to the poor all over the world. The task is enormous; far too big for anyone to do alone, but together we can go where the church is not yet and see people, communities, and nations transformed.
