Benefits Technician (Full-time)
Pensions & Benefits USA
Description: P&B is seeking a highly motivated, organized individual to assist in the processing/review of all benefit plans administered by Pensions and Benefits USA and Pensions and Benefits—International. Principal job duties include various customer service tasks such as benefit application processing, benefit distributions, and other service requests. This person will also assist with coordinating and completing cyclical and annual focus projects as needed.
Building Maintenance & Storage Coordinator (Full-time)

Description: This person will be responsible for carrying out duties related to facility maintenance as well as management of underground storage space and inventory. Principle responsibilities also include room set-ups for meetings/events, freight delivery, and facilitating furniture system and workspace adjustments, as needed.

Description: This person will provide administrative and customer service support for Stewardship Development during the high-volume district assembly season. Duties include answering inquiries about church giving from district office and local church personnel.
Global NYI Convention Assistant (Full-time, temporary)
Global NYI
Description: This individual will assist the Global NYI team in the planning and preparation of the 2023 Global NYI Convention. Duties include managing delegate details in collaboration with regional leadership, attending internal meetings for convention coordinators, and assisting with the logistics of the event.
Ministerial Records Data Entry Clerk (Full-time, temporary)

Description: This person will transfer past ministerial records from index cards to the current ministerial database. Occasional research will be necessary on records that appear incomplete or inconsistent. Attention to detail is essential.
Office Assistant (Part-time)
COMPASS Initiative – USA/Canada Regional Office
Description: This person will provide administrative support to the COMPASS Initiative team. Key responsibilities include communication with program participants and overseeing the application process, tracking and reporting expenditures, as well as management of program resources.

Sr. Executive Assistant (Part-time)
Global Education & Clergy Development (GECD)
Description: This person will assist the GECD director and Global Education administrative coordinator in administrative responsibilities essential to the Global Education office. Responsibilities include interaction with global education leaders, maintaining accurate records on Nazarene educational institutions, as well as assisting with meeting and travel arrangements. This position requires familiarity with technology, attention to details, and occasional travel.
Sr. Spanish Translation Coordinator (Full-time)

Description: As a part of the Global Communications team, this individual’s core objective will be ensuring that all Spanish translations are accurate, clear, consistent, and reflective of the organization’s brand/identity through language and voice. He or she will be responsible for producing high-quality Spanish translations as well as reviewing translated marketing, messaging, and storyline based documents of the Church of the Nazarene, Inc.
Support Specialist (Full-time)
USA/Canada Regional Office
Description: This person will provide a wide variety of clerical, organizational, and administrative support to the various ministries of the regional office. Connecting regularly with regional teams and district leaders, he or she will assist with event planning, meetings, and projects as assigned.

Location of Global Ministry Center Positions
The GMC is the administrative hub for the Church of the Nazarene denominational ministries in 164 world areas. The GMC is conveniently located in Lenexa, Kansas, with easy access to I-35 and I-435 and within short driving distance to Kansas City International airport. All GMC positions report to this location.

Our Human Resources Office receives and processes many employment applications annually for a limited number of positions. While we regret that we cannot respond to each applicant, we do contact those individuals possessing the skills, education/training, and experience that best match the requirements of the open position for which the application was submitted.
An application must be completed by all applicants and an application must be completed for each position for which one wishes to be considered. Applications are retained for one year. Resumés are not necessary for entry-level positions, but they are preferred for professional level positions.
