A Church of the Nazarene in Roraima, Brazil, on the Amazonas District planted a new church south of the rainforest that borders Guyana.

After only eight months, the church has 50 members and recently held its second baptism.

“One of the best rewards of doing the work of God is to see people get baptized,” said Jean Nogueira da Silva said. "We praise the Lord for the multiplication of the Church and those brothers who are committing themselves to a new birth and a life of holiness."

The Cameroon flag is a vertical tricolor of green, red and yellow, defaced with a five-pointed star in its center. The center stripe is thought to stand for unity: red is the colour of unity, and the star is referred to as "the star of unity." The yellow stands for the sun and also the savannas in the northern part of the country, while the green is for the forests in the southern part of Cameroon.
