Haven of Hope, a center created by Bethany, Oklahoma, First Church of the Nazarene, will help shelter and rehabilitate women who are victims of sexual abuse and sex trafficking in Eswatini.

Trevecca Nazarene University is offering a series of online seminars exploring the power of lament and hope as a way of gospel engagement in times of crisis. The seminars will be offered one night a week from 26 October to 7 December.

The Ecuador National Women’s Ministry Council organized a national women’s congress called Held by the Father to unify and motivate women. Over 1,000 women across the country tuned in virtually.

Emily Ray, 83, of Arcadia, California, passed away 22 September 2020. She was a retired missionary who served for 34 years in Guatemala and Argentina.

Larry Webb spent over 30 years as a missionary to Bolivia, Barbados, and Ecuador. He has also spent the last 20 years of his retirement continuing to bring missions teams to those areas and impacting hundreds of people through his Mavericks Work & Witness teams.

Haury Cerdas, a blind man in the Certificate in Worship program at Seminario de las Americas in Costa Rica, was unsure if he would be able to continue his education when the seminary switched to online education in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, but he has found success despite the challenges.
