The financial accountability and transparency of our organization is imperative to establishing a relationship of the highest quality and highest level of trust with our donors—Nazarenes all over the world.
The general church is a member of the Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability (ECFA), and annually we provide documentation and reports that maintain their standards for membership. The ECFA seal on our Web pages and reports denotes financial integrity and commitment to transparency.
An independent firm validates the consistency and accuracy of our accounting practices through an annual audit of the financial reports prepared by Global Treasury Services. These audited financial statements are presented to the General Board at the annual meeting in accordance with the Manual of the Church of the Nazarene.
