Recent praise reports and prayer requests from NCN News, Nazarene Missions International, and JESUS Film Harvest Partners include:

PRAISES

JESUS Film - Bolivia

"The best thing for my family is Jesus Christ," admitted Juana in Bolivia. "Watching the JESUS film, I knew my children needed something more. Now, they go to church and are excited about all they are learning."

JESUS Film - Cuba

"Everything I believed in was based on what I could see and touch," shared an 82-year-old woman in Cuba. "My granddaughter invited me to see the JESUS film, and because I love seeing movies, I went. When I arrived, the first thing I noticed was the respect the team gave all the viewers. After the film, I felt something strange — a great emptiness inside. I realized this emptiness could only be filled by God, so I accepted Christ as my Savior."

JESUS Film - Sierra Leone

"Since the Ebola outbreak in our country, my heart was very heavy," said Richard in Sierra Leone. "Generally, I am not a fearful person; yet as I heard the number of people who have lost their lives, I begun to fear dying. When I saw the film, I was deeply touched. I had never seen or heard about such love! I now have joy and peace through my new relationship with Christ."

Stephen Martin

Stephen Martin, son of missionaries Paul and Sharon Martin, has suffered for more than a year with complications from a serious form of environmental illness that has compromised his immune system. Stephen’s home seems to be the source of his illness, so the family has been living in an apartment, which has caused financial burden. He is under the care of a physician who specializes in cases like Stephen’s and treatments have begun, but it is a long slow process. Stephen's wife, Shannon, is working full time in addition to caring for their three children and her sick husband.
