In March, the Brazil Church of the Nazarene created NAZA TV, a YouTube channel that features content such as devotionals, interviews, and podcasts. NAZA TV aims to share information and testimonies.

"Brazil has a very large territory and more than 700 churches of all sizes and different contexts," said Rafael Machado, national communications coordinator. "We believe that NAZA TV is a viable tool because it brings information and testimonies and strengthens our identity through a common point: internet access."

Machado and his team of volunteers started the project. Machado says that the idea is to connect churches and regions through resources that entertain, inspire, and teach people. NAZA TV already has more than 1,200 subscribers.

"We expect to become a common point among churches and promote content that will support local churches' development," Machado said. "We dream of soon having a collection where any Nazarene in Brazil and abroad can access explanatory videos about our church, what we believe, how we organize ourselves, and related subjects."

In the live launch, Manuel Lima, the director of the Brazil Sub-Region, shared his testimony from his pastoral call to his appointment as director in Brazil. This first program had more than 1,000 views and shares in the first few hours.

A studio was built at the national headquarters for the Church of the Nazarene in Brazil, where most of the content is recorded.

Machado hopes other regions can start similar projects to improve the global flow of information about the Church of the Nazarene.

"The idea is that other regions can join this project so that we can strengthen the idea that we are a global church, and technology is the best tool to promote this," Machado said. "In many regions, little information arrives, and we want to meet this demand by bringing light to the events of the entire church spread around the world."
