The GA Kids conference, in conjunction with World Quiz 2023, will bring children’s programming to General Assembly like never before. During the 9-11 June 2023 evening services at the 30th General Assembly and Conventions, GA Kids will be an intentional ministry for kids and families.

GA Kids will feature services for early childhood and elementary children, an intergenerational worship service, and engaging opportunities for the entire family to connect with its global Nazarene family, all at a minimal cost.

“General Assembly and Conventions 2023 will be like no other gathering we have had in the past,” said Scott Rainey, Nazarene Discipleship International global director. “There will be activities for all ages throughout the weekend of 9-11 June 2023.”

GA Kids will have age-specific services for early childhood (3 years old and potty trained through completed Kindergarten) and elementary (completed first grade through 6th grade) on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday evenings. The main General Assembly and Conventions Sunday morning service will be an intergenerational service with age-specific services for early childhood only.

The children’s programming is directed by a GA Kids committee made up of Nazarene pastors, led by Trey and Candace Brooks of Equip to Engage.

“Candice and I are excited to lead a gifted team of Nazarene children's leaders for this amazing ministry investing in the lives of children and their families,” Trey said. “We hope to see your entire family there!”

Families are also welcome to attend World Quiz 2023 on Saturday 10 June 2023.

“As quizzers prepare for World Quiz 2023, they are studying 1 and 2 Samuel intensely,” said Dorothy Whipp, World Quiz 2023 coordinator. “The 10th of June will be such an exciting day as thousands of students and families gather for this unforgettable experience.”

Register today for GA Kids by following this link. Registration closes 8 May 2023.

“If your family has ever considered coming to the General Assembly, this is the year to come,” Rainey said. “Every age group will be glad you did!”
