Dallas Mucci passes away

Dallas Mucci, retired pastor and district superintendent, passed away 25 October at the age of 84. 

Mucci served as pastor of Tinley Park Church of the Nazarene in Chicago, Illinois, for eight years from 1956 to 1964 before following a call to pastor South Hills Church of the Nazarene in Bethel Park, Pennsylvania, where he served for 16 years from 1964 to 1980.

Then in 1980, Mucci was elected Metro New York district superintendent. He served until his retirement in 2004. 

He is survived by his wife, Sandra Mucci, three of their children, John, Dallas, and Bart, and 20 grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held 29 October at South Hills Church of the Nazarene in Bethel Park, Pennsylvania.

Prayer is requested for the Mucci family.
