Mathias Christadas appointed superintendent of India North Karnataka District

Mathias Christadas has been appointed district superintendent of the India North Karnataka District. The appointment was made by General Superintendent David Busic in consultation with the North Karnataka District Advisory Board, Eurasia Regional Director Jim Ritchie, and the Board of General Superintendents.

Christadas assumed his role on 19 May 2022. He is the first superintendent of North Karnataka District.

Christadas has served as the pastor of Konunkunte Church of the Nazarene since 1988. He was ordained as a minister in 1994. In addition to the pastorate, Christadas was the assistant district superintendent for the original Karnataka District from 2010 to 2011 and the India Eastern District from 2011 to 2012.
In 2011, he became the superintendent of the Kartnataka District and served in that role through February of 2020.

Mathias and his wife, Hannah, have been married since 1990 and have one child.
