Administrative Assistant (Full-time)

Description: As part of the Legal Services team, this individual will support the General Counsel and Associate General Counsel with a variety of administrative duties, including phone and email communications, collecting and organizing records, proofreading legal documents, and other special projects as assigned. He or she will also serve as part of the extended team of Organizational Risk and Ethics.

Description: The Local Church Ministries office is comprised of Nazarene Discipleship International, Nazarene Missions International, and Nazarene Youth International teams. The administrative assistant will facilitate communication and day-to-day functioning of these respective ministries. He or she must be highly organized, attentive to detail, and possess engaging interpersonal skills. Responsibilities include various administrative tasks, data collection, and regular communication with local and district leaders.
Bilingual Benefits Technician (Full-time)

Description: P&B is seeking a highly motivated, bilingual Spanish/English individual to assist in the processing and review of all benefit plans administered by Pensions & Benefits. Principal job duties include various customer service tasks such as benefit application processing, benefit distributions, and other service requests. This person will also assist with coordinating and completing cyclical and annual focus projects as needed.
Communications Design Specialist (Full-time)

Description: This person will support the Communication Resources Manager/Editor in the preparation and development of print and electronic materials in alignment with Pensions & Benefits’ strategic plan. Responsibilities include providing layout and design support for marketing resources, including newsletters, ads, flyers, social media, video/slide production, stationery, and other resources as needed. He or she will collaborate with staff and vendors to create and maintain the inventory of printed materials and to assist in the posting of electronic resources on the website and social media.
Donor Services Administrator (Full-time)
Description: In this financial ministry position, this person will utilize donor software to process all types of ministry donations, including one-time gifts, recurring gifts, and pledges that are received through various payment methods. Responsibilities include providing constituent call-in support to all types of donors, including individuals and local churches.
Event Logistics Assistant (Full-time, temporary) General Secretary’s Office
Description: This person will provide essential pre-event and onsite support for the 2023 General Assembly and Conventions. Duties will include assisting with event software tools, event space and schedule management, registration, and other projects as assigned. This position is temporary through August 2023.
Sr. Executive Assistant (Part-time or full-time)
Global Education & Clergy Development (GECD)
Description: This person will assist the GECD director and Global Education administrative coordinator in administrative responsibilities essential to the Global Education office. Responsibilities include interaction with global education leaders, maintaining accurate records on Nazarene educational institutions, as well as assisting with meeting and travel arrangements. This position requires familiarity with technology, attention to details, and occasional travel.
Support Specialist (Full-time)
USA/Canada Regional Office
Description: This person will provide support to the USA/Canada Regional Office administrative teams. Duties include correspondence, fielding phone inquiries, liaising with district leaders, supporting meetings and events, and assisting with resources for pastors and leaders across the region.

The GMC is the administrative hub for the Church of the Nazarene denominational ministries in 164 world areas. The GMC is conveniently located in Lenexa, Kansas, with easy access to I-35 and I-435 and within short driving distance to Kansas City International airport. All GMC positions report to this location.
