Administrative Assistant (Full-time)
Office of the Board of General Superintendents (BGS)
Description: This individual will provide administrative support to the general superintendents’ office in the areas of financial matters, credentials, and correspondence. Responsibilities include processing expense reimbursements, credit card expenditures, journal entries, ministerial credential requests, as well as proofreading and editing office correspondence. Other duties may be assigned to assist the general superintendents and the administrative director as needed.
Benefits Technician (Full-time)
Pensions & Benefits USA
Description: P&B is seeking a highly motivated, organized individual to assist in the processing/review of all benefit plans administered by Pensions and Benefits USA and Pensions and Benefits—International. Principal job duties include routing incoming constituent calls and mail as well as various customer service tasks such as benefit contributions, benefit application processing, and benefit distributions. This person will also assist the office manager with coordinating and completing various focus projects.
District Records Liaison (Full-time)
General Secretary’s Office
Description: As part of the General Secretary’s Office records team, this person will provide administrative support primarily in the areas of district journal audits, Annual Pastor’s Report, and data entry. Being in regular contact with district and regional personnel, he or she will also oversee the development and distribution of resources to assist them in reporting and maintaining church and ministerial records.
Financial Analyst/Administrative Coordinator (Full-time)
Description: This person will assist the General Treasurer with various financial analysis projects, as assigned. In addition, responsibilities will include facilitating communication between the General Treasurer, the accounting/finance teams, General Board committees, and all other ministry and administrative offices of the Global Ministry Center. He or she will also assist with coordination of various board, committee, and management meetings.
Global NYI Convention Assistant (Full-time, temporary)
Description: This individual will assist the Global NYI team in the planning and preparation of the 2023 Global NYI Convention. Duties include managing delegate details in collaboration with regional leadership, attending internal meetings for convention coordinators, and assisting with the logistics of the event.
Helpdesk Technician (Full-time)
Description: This person will provide expert technical support on hardware and software applications used within the Global Ministry Center. He or she will manage incoming calls and emails, monitor progress of requests, and recommend procedure and workflow modifications to ensure efficient response.
Missions Call Coordinator (Full-time)
Engagement & Equipping
Description: This individual will be responsible for developing and coordinating Nazarene missions mobilization among young adults on a global level. Through development of resources, training, and short-term missions experiences, he or she will work to create a natural path for fulfillment of a young adult’s call to missions. Strategic program design, vision-casting, and collaboration with youth pastors, universities, and regional personnel will be vital to the success of this role.
Office Assistant (Part-time)
COMPASS Initiative – USA/Canada Regional Office
Description: This person will provide administrative support to the COMPASS Initiative team. Key responsibilities include communication with program participants and overseeing the application process, tracking and reporting expenditures, as well as management of program resources.
Online Engagement Specialist (Full-time)
Description: This person will assist the social media coordinator in carrying out the Church of the Nazarene’s multi-platform social media and branding strategies. He or she will create and produce content for the denomination’s official media channels while assisting social media ministry account managers throughout the Global Ministry Center, ensuring consistency with the Church of the Nazarene’s communication strategy. In addition, responsibilities will include staff writing projects such as Nazarene News articles, constituent appreciation letters, and marketing materials.
Publishing Project Manager (Full-time)
Description: This person will be responsible for facilitating connection between Global NYI and district, national, field, and regional NYI leadership. Managing short- and long-term projects for NYI, he or she will oversee distribution of resources that communicate the mission and vision of Nazarene Youth International, emphasizing stories of youth and youth leaders from across the globe.
Software Developer (Full-time)
Description: As part of a team of software developers, this individual will be primarily responsible for facilitating the ministry of the Global Ministry Center through the analysis, design, implementation, and support of software solutions.
Sr. Constituent Care Representative (Full-time)
Nazarene Financial Services – Donor Services
Description: This person will be responsible for ensuring accuracy and efficiency of daily operations, including processing and monitoring incoming payments and posting daily transactions and receipts. He or she will provide support for church giving as well as customer service to all donors who are financially supporting a ministry.
Support Specialist (Full-time)
New Church Development — USA/Canada Regional Office
Description: This person will provide support to both the New Church Development and the USA/Canada Regional Office administrative teams. Duties include correspondence, database maintenance, liaising with district leaders, organization of meetings and events, and assisting with resources for pastors and leaders across the region.

The GMC is the administrative hub for the Church of the Nazarene denominational ministries in 164 world areas. The GMC is conveniently located in Lenexa, Kansas, with easy access to I-35 and I-435 and within short driving distance to Kansas City International airport. All GMC positions report to this location.
