Administrative Assistant (Part-time)
Global Education and Clergy Development
Description: This person will assist the Global Clergy Development Administrative Director in fulfilling the objectives of the ministry, including email and phone communications, management of assigned projects or portions of projects, and occasional travel. Attention to detail, strong grammatical skills, ability to organize, and familiarity with the Church of the Nazarene are important attributes of applicants.
Administrative Coordinator (Full-time)
Office of the Chief Administrative Officer
Description: This person will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) for the Church of the Nazarene Global Ministry Center through a variety of tasks related to organization operations and communication. The Administrative Coordinator will communicate in various meetings as well as electronically, ensuring that all duties are completed accurately, delivered, and fulfilled with high quality and in a timely manner.
Administrative Director of Strategy (Full-time)
USA/Canada Regional Office
Description: This person will assist the regional director in serving the USA/Canada Region as strategic facilitator, communications creator, and outcome evaluator responsible for executing the strategy for the region that is best suited for the fulfillment of the mission of the Church of the Nazarene.
Donor Development Assistant (Full-time)
Nazarene Compassionate Ministries
Description: This person will work within the Constituent Engagement unit of Nazarene Compassionate Ministries (NCM). He or she will assist with cultivating and nurturing relationships with both new and existing donors – individuals and churches – and will assist the Communications Team in the dissemination of messaging and reporting. This person will also carry out the day-to-day logistics and functions related to NCM’s overall marketing/promotional strategy.

Description: This individual will provide essential support in planning and coordinating logistics associated with the various meetings and events hosted by the General Secretary’s Office.
Mobilization Program Assistant (Full-time)
Global Missions Engagement & Equipping
Description: This individual will be responsible for managing tasks related to the mobilization of short-term missions teams and long-term missionaries. He or she will work independently and with the office staff in performing a wide variety of administrative responsibilities requiring high confidentiality.
Sr. Accounting Technician (Full-time)
Global Treasury Services
Description: This person will provide basic accounting support to Global Treasury Services. Duties include, but are not limited to, the balancing of accounts, bank statement reconciliation, journal entries, and processing disbursements.
Sr. Benefits Technician (Full-time)
Pensions & Benefits USA
Description: P&B is seeking a highly motivated, organized individual to assist in the processing/review of all benefit plans administered by Pensions and Benefits USA and Pensions and Benefits—International. This person will be responsible for 1) various customer service tasks including benefit application processing, verifications, distributions, and other service requests; 2) providing technical support/backup to other benefit technicians; 3) assisting the Director of Operations in coordinating/completing cyclical and annual focus projects.
Social Media Specialist (Temporary, Part-time)
Description: This person will assist the Social Media Coordinator in the daily tasks of carrying out the Church of the Nazarene's multi-platform social media and branding strategies. Principle responsibilities include creating and scheduling content and assisting the Global Communications team with social media graphic creation and communications strategies.

The GMC is the administrative hub for the Church of the Nazarene denominational ministries in 162 world areas. The GMC is conveniently located in Lenexa, Kansas, with easy access to I-35 and I-435 and within short driving distance to Kansas City International airport. All GMC positions report to this location.

Our Faith-Based Organization
We are a faith-based organization. Acceptance of our Christian Code of Conduct is required and membership in the Church of the Nazarene is required for certain positions. The GMC and applicable remote work sites are smoke-, alcohol-, and drug-free Christian workplaces.
Our Human Resources Office receives and processes many employment applications annually for a limited number of positions. While we regret that we cannot respond to each applicant, we do contact those individuals possessing the skills, education/training, and experience that best match the requirements of the open position for which the application was submitted.
